i agree that telemarketing lists are very important, even essential in some industries, to running a succesful business. I think that a lot of times anything with the word "telemarket" in it is automatically shunned because telemarketing has a bad repution. I feel that the important thing, is to make sure that the list is a targeted one, so that you only call people who may be interested in your products and avoid backlash (for those of you that don't know about telemarketing lists, here is a site with some pretty good explinations http://www.advertisingonlinesite.com/TelemarketingLists.html ).

I have used martin in the past, and although the execs at my current company fail to get by their bias towards telemarketers, the use of martin lists was very successful at my previous job.
