Distance Learning: Adviser In Iraq Talks About Online Education

A human resource specialist in Iraq is a senior civilian personnel advisor and uses their expert knowledge of civilian personnel activities for staffing, classification, training, management-employee relations; employee benefits, entitlements and allowances; and other key personnel tasks.

Kenney is balancing all of that crucial work on behalf of the U.S. military in a combat theater with an education at Capella -- an accredited online university. In all, Capella serves more than 19,000 students in all 50 states and 56 countries.
